LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION “TOUCHDOWN GIVEAWAY – WILSON EXPERIENCE x NFL”
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE DRAW FOR TWO TICKETS TO THE NFL MADRID GAME – WILSON (“PROMOTION”), YOU ACCEPT THESE LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY CHOOSE NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION.
1.- Organizing Company
The organization and promotion of the “NFL Madrid Games” draw corresponds to Wilson Sporting Goods, which is part of the company Amer Sports Spain based at Parque de Negocios Mas Blau II, Carrer Conca de Barberả, 4-6, 08820 El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
2.- Purpose and Mechanics of the Draw
The mechanics of the draw consist of accessing and filling in the fields of the form designed specifically for this promotional action. The link to the form will be posted through a QR code at the TOUCHDOWN – WILSON EXPERIENCE x NFL at Príncipe Pío (Madrid).
All participants will be raffled off with the experiences indicated in the promotion, which include:

Any entries that do not meet the specified requirements will be considered unsuitable and will be excluded from the draw. If the winner does not meet the requirements, his/her participation will be void, and a new draw will be held until a valid winner is selected.
3.- Duration
The period of participation in the draw will begin on November 6th, 2025 and will end on November 15, 2025, at 5 p.m. The winner will be selected by lottery and will be notified of the prize on the same day, November 15, 2025, at 5:15 p.m. via telephone (2 attempts). The winner will have to go in person at 6:00 p.m. to collect the prize at the Wilson Activation Area (address: Cta. de San Vicente, 44, Moncloa – Aravaca, 28008 Madrid, Spain).
4.- Requirements to participate
All people over 18 years of age and who are residing in Spain may participate in the draw.
5.- Selection of winners
The selection of winners and alternates will be made by random draw. Winners will be contacted directly via phone call on November 15 at 5:15 p.m. with a maximum attempt
of two calls in a row.
If the winner does not answer either of the two calls, it will be understood that he/she renounces the prize and will lose the right to it. In this case, a substitute will be
contacted following the same procedure.
6.- Prize
The “TOUCHDOWN – WILSON EXPERIENCE x NFL” sweepstakes prize consists of:
- Two tickets for the NFL game (Miami Dolphins vs Washington Commanders on November 16, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. CET) at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium (Avenida de Concha Espina, nº 1, 28036 Madrid, Spain).
The price is not redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The winner may forfeit the prize but will not receive any compensation in return.
Under no circumstances may the winner sell the prize and if this is the case, the company organizing the raffle may sue the winner.
7.- Reservations and limitations
The organizer is exempt from any liability for errors in the data provided by the participants that prevent their identification or contact.
The organizer reserves the right to take legal action against any participant who tampers or attempts to manipulate the draw.
The organizer is not liable for any damage resulting from:
- Temporary failures in the availability or continuity of participation platforms.
- Data transmission errors.
- Any circumstance beyond the control of the organizer that affects the
development of the draw.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the rules of the drawing if there are justified causes or force majeure, as well as to postpone or extend the period of participation.
8.- Privacy Policy
In accordance with current regulations on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), your personal data will be processed under the responsibility of AMER SPORTS SPAIN, S.A.U. to manage your participation in the giveaway or contest. The processing of your data is based on the consent of the interested party through the completion of the participation form provided. Data will not be communicated to third parties, except for legal obligations or those providers linked to the Controller.
Your data will be kept for as long as the purpose for which they were collected lasts, and subsequently, they will be blocked to comply with legally established deadlines, adopting technical and organizational measures to prevent their processing, including their visualization, and being available only to judges, courts, the public prosecutor, or public administrations, in order to address legal responsibilities. After the required legal period, the data will be definitively destroyed.
If you are the winner of the giveaway or contest, your name will be published in the Controller’s media.
Likewise, the winning participant authorizes AMER SPORTS SPAIN, S.A.U. to reproduce and use their image, as well as their name, in any advertising or promotional activity related to the contest in which they have won, without such use conferring any right to remuneration or benefit except for the delivery of the prize won. In this sense, the winning participant of the promotion assigns to AMER SPORTS SPAIN, S.A.U. all intellectual or industrial property rights.
The participant has the right to withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. You are also informed that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability, erasure, restriction, and objection at Parc de Negocios Mas Blau II, C/ Conca de Barberà, 4-6, 08820 El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona). 9.- Acceptance of the terms and conditions
Participation in this draw implies full acceptance of these rules, as well as express submission to the interpretative decisions made by the organizer.
